At OptimumNutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box or included on the packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team or your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
